How long will it take before I receive my order?
We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days.
From what age can I build Pixelbrick?
We recommend a minimum age of 6 to do this independently. However, younger children can easily build under supervision.
Please note: our building sets contain small parts. 🧩
Can I build the mosaic myself? Will I get instructions with it?
Yes! Our simple instructions work just like paint-by-numbers, but with bricks. Simply place the transparent construction sheet over the colored number scheme and start building your image. It is super easy and incredibly fun to do, alone or with friends and family!
How long does it take to build?
On average, it takes about 45 minutes per baseplate. Don't worry if it takes you a bit longer - the next one will surely go much faster!
Do you use LEGO® bricks?
Our bricks are compatible with LEGO® bricks, and we have many colors in our assortment that are not available from or sold by LEGO®.
How many colors do you offer?
Our color palette contains more than 50 brick colors. It is the largest collection of brick colors you can find.
How is my order packaged?
All bricks are sorted by color into separate color-coded bags. The base plates, bricks, instructions, brick separator, and self-adhesive hanging strips are securely packed in a box.
Can I return or exchange my personalized mosaic?
Returning or exchanging personalized paintings is not possible, as stated in our general terms and conditions of sale. 😬
Can I see a pixelated preview of my mosaic before purchasing?
Yes! Our system automatically converts your image into a pixelated design. You can view the final result before placing your order.
